We met Rohit through our friends reference. We were thinking of selling our apartment but were hesitant as we had many questions about the value of the property, the process, time it would take for the apartment to be on the market etc. Rohit was extremely patient with all of our questions and assured us about our decisions with confidence. He went above and beyond to advertise the apartment on multiple platforms and ensured all queries that we were receiving were answered on a timely manner. He arranged multiple inspections for potential buyers and also made arrangements so that the current tenant wasnt inconvenienced. When we received offered, he ensured to protect our interests and negotiated with extreme professionalism. We are grateful that Rohit was our guy to sell our first home to a lovely family who I am sure will receive enormous love from the same home. Thank you Himanshu, Bhavya and Peanut.
