Although Ron was acting for the vendor and I was the purchaser, he conducted the transaction very professionally, communicated promptly and had very good local knowledge.

"Ron is your man"
Ron's initial appraisal was a bit low in my opinion however having explained this we agreed on a higher assessment. Once the house was on the market it had interest in this higher figure and when negotiated was sold. With Ron not questioning the new proposed higher figure he handled the sale professionally and explained every step exceptionally up to it's conclusion. I would highly recommend Ron to any potential seller.

Ron took over the contract to sell our home when it had been on the market for 4 years, and sold it in 6 months, negotiating very well in our favour. He kept us up to-date on what was happening at all times, and presented the house very well. Would thoroughly recommend him.
