"Great interaction with Planet Properties"

We have recently purchased a home from Planet Properties. We found both Mark and Rosalie to be professional, with deep knowledge of the local area and the real estate market. They went out of their way to make the purchase easy for us, and gave us great access to the property to assist in our preparations (with the support of the vendor). I would definitely recommend buyers and sellers speaking with Mark and Rosalie.

Im so glad I close Rosalie as our Agent. She was able to work really fast to get everything done in a short time frame. As I wasnt in the same town as the property, she organised everything. Rosalie and Mark Gordon from Planet Properties are everything we could possibly ask for from real estate agents. They are independent and boutique, and so give you personalised quality attention. They are passionate and professional about their work, and their excitement is palpable in working with them. They have the highest ethical standards and are good people. And they are extremely adaptable. We have had experience in both selling from and buying with them. Both experiences were a pleasure, and in both cases they more than did the right thing by both seller and buyer. In our most recent experience they helped us to sell a wonderful Art Deco apartment in a market that was becoming dicey. They helped us generate lots of quality genuine interest and got a good and fair price. Surely more or less anyone can sell a good property at a decent and fair price when things are hot, but it takes skill and experience to do likewise when the environment is tougher. From engagement, to preparation for sale, to photography, to the advertising campaign and then through the path to finalising a sale contract they were superb. We have now known Mark and Rosalie for over 12 years and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

"Absolute professional and very hands on."

Both Rosalie and Mark did a fabulous job of selling our house, they were hands on and fully inclusive right from the go get. They accurately advised me what I needed to do to bring the house up to sale standard giving me a very reasonable timeframe to do this. "Having sold, I now need to buy!!"

After erratic changes to the real estate market in the past months, Rosalie and Mark Gordon eventually sold my family home. Now I had the daunting task of downsizing and finding an apartment to suit my needs and be my forever home. Rosalie had promised that she would help in navigating my search and that she did!! I scoured the real estate sites every day, followed up on recommendations from Rosalie and my best friend, and then Rosalie arranged appointment times for us both to view those that were suitable. Her insight was invaluable, especially regarding the likely selling price and additional costs that I would need to account for. I was amazed and delighted that she was willing to support me in the purchase process. I was fortunate to be able to buy my new apartment before the auction date, and look forward to moving in very soon.
