"Rose goes above and beyond"
Being interstate investor, rose attended pre settlement inspections, organising lawns to be mowed and had a tennant a couole of days after settlement could not be happier highly recommend these guys.

"Renting our Unit"
We in the past have been treated poorly from other Real Estates so to be welcomed so warmly by Rose was a breathe of fresh air. We were given a discounted Management Fee which was very much appreciated. To have our Unit rented in such a short time frame was impressive. We like that someone answers us immediately or ASAP which is worth its weight in gold. We are kept up to date with what is happening. We look forward to working with you to manage our Investment Property.

"Review of Rose Kahika in Collingwood Park"
I recently moved interstate, using Action Realty, and Rose Kahika as the Property Manager. Rose did a very good job renting my house out, in relatively difficult market conditions shortly before Christmas, to reputable renters. I would definitely recommend Rose as a Property Manager because she does an amazing job.
