"Highly recommend."

Rosemary worked along side Matt Hayson in the marketing & recent sale of our home, and was fantastic in communicating the progress of the campaign. Cobden Hayson deserve their reputation as the best agents on the peninsula & I wouldn't use anyone else. Highly recommend.

"Wonderful"

Rosemary was a pleasure to work with, at all open for inspections she was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help everyone that attended. I was particularly impressed with the level of respect she had for everyone that walked into the apartment. During the purchasing process she was highly transparent, knowledgeable and eager to assist at any time. It has been wonderful working with her and I would do so again in the future.

"A Joy"

To put it simply, Rosie is a joy to work with. She was the agent of a property we bought a couple of years ago and the experience was so good that we knew we'd be doing business together again. We recently decided to sell a property and didn't think twice, we called Rosie who kindly accepted to help us. The whole process was very smooth and she was really responsive and helpful along the way. Not surprisingly we had a great experience again, and I'm sure the buyers did too. Thanks, Rosie.

"Would Recommend"

Rosemary recently sold my house and would recommend her (and CobdenHayson) to anyone doing the same. Having dealt with other agents in the past who failed to impress, Rosemary was everything that is expected, being professional and genuine. In summary a very positive experience.

"Confident"

We felt confident that we'd found the perfect agent to sell our house from the very first phone call with Rosemary Chen from Cobden Hayson Real Estate. Rosemary's appraisal of the house, coupled with her exceptional local knowledge of recent sales and the area in general, set us up for a flawless campaign which was reflected by a very strong pool of buyers and an outstanding selling price. Her regular and informative updates throughout the process kept us in the loop from start to finish. No issues raised or questions were too much trouble for her. It is without hesitation that we would recommend Rosemary to any potential vendors for her highly professional and friendly service.

"Amazing"

Rosemary and her team at Cobden and Hayson were amazing when we sold our house in Balmain. We knew they were pretty good as we had used them for renting the property for the last 20 years and during that period they were instrumental in carrying out a kitchen bathroom renovation, but they took it to the next level when it came to the sale. They had the house ready for sale in 2 weeks. This included internal and external painting, sanding the floors, employing a first class stylist and then getting the marketing campaign up and going. Pretty smooth work. Once the property was on the market the state of play was clearly and regularly conveyed to us and we achieved a far greater result than we had hoped for. You can trust in these guys and know that you have the best team on your side.

"Couldn't be happier"

We don't have enough nice words to say about Rosemary. Selling our property was stress free due to having Rosemary as our agent. Rosemary is professional as they come, with outstanding communication, she kept us up to date from the moment we discussed potentially selling our home till we exchanged contracts. Her honesty and integrity throughout the process gave us great comfort and we were very happy to leave everything in her capable hands. She sold our property off market within a week, and we couldn't be happier with the final result. Furthermore she has been super helpful in trying to help us find our new home. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for an agent.
