Rosie was very pleasant and professional in the dealings on the sale of the villa. She was patient and understanding with my elderly mother. We were very grateful it went through stress free.
Rosie was very professional in her dealings with us, friendly and knowledgeable. She was also able to answer questions outside the box, a plus for older people. She and Wes made the sale of our Maroochydore house and our purchase at Kensington Gardens seamless. We could not have hoped for better attention and are now happily settled in our new home.
Rosie was wonderful to deal with. From the first point of conmunication I felt comfortable that I was dealing with an agent that was genuine (unlike past experiences I had had). Extremly informative, always contactable, all requests were met with ease, and most of all she delivered all that she promised. we are so grateful for her help throughout this oprocess, It was stress free! Thank you Rosie!!
Buying a property can be stressful, however Rosie made the process so easy. There is a genuine warmth about her that creates trust whilst also being very professional. She has great market knowledge. I woud definetly recommend her and would engage her for future property transactions.
Rosie is very professional and listens to your needs. She strives to her best ability to achieve your goals. She is pleasant and easy to approach and keeps you well informed weekly (or more) as to the interest in your property. I would highly recommend her to friends and family. Good job Rosie
We inspected the unit Rosie was selling. We found her very courteuos and had answers for all our questions. She responded immediately, we had more questions. The sale was very quick and Rosie helped with the renting of the unit when the sale went through. She is far above the usual real estate with giving easily undertsood with no spin.
We found Rosie to be excellent to deal with throughout the whole buying process- very friendly, down the earth and professional.
Thanks Rosie for helping mum sell her unit in Maroochydore to move to Cooloola. Your support and efficiency was great and working with me on behalf of mum was great and easy. Thanks again for a great job and we bith wish you well. Great work!!
Possessing an excellent knowledge of the current Sunshine Coast property market, Rosie provided me with a first class service. Until the day before settlement, Rosie and I had not met personally but she communicated well at every stage of the process from seeking my agreement to sell the property, through off market and full on-market activities until completion of the sale. In the end, the sale proceeded without a hitch and with a minimum of fuss, because of her attention to detail.
In all the craziness surrounding purchasing properties these days. Its reasurring having a real estate agent that there is to settle things down. Even though we only met very briefly in person at the open house. Ongoing correspondance with Rosie was professional.
