Rosie was very pleasant and professional in the dealings on the sale of the villa. She was patient and understanding with my elderly mother. We were very grateful it went through stress free.

Rosie was very professional in her dealings with us, friendly and knowledgeable. She was also able to answer questions outside the box, a plus for older people. She and Wes made the sale of our Maroochydore house and our purchase at Kensington Gardens seamless. We could not have hoped for better attention and are now happily settled in our new home.

"Wonderful to deal with"

Rosie was wonderful to deal with. From the first point of conmunication I felt comfortable that I was dealing with an agent that was genuine (unlike past experiences I had had). We inspected the unit Rosie was selling. We found her very courteuos and had answers for all our questions. She responded immediately, we had more questions. The sale was very quick and Rosie helped with the renting of the unit when the sale went through. She is far above the usual real estate with giving easily undertsood with no spin.
