Having met and dealt with most of the real estate agents many times in the Rye Blairgowrie and Sorrento areas in the last year or so in "open for inspections" in search for an Agent to sell our property, we came across Sally from Briggs Shaw Real Estate and were immediately drawn to her total professionalism yet very warm approachable nature. She knew the market back to front, did her work, communicated with us perfectly and sold our house in record time without any issue whatsoever. I can recommend her without any hesitation whatsoever, whether selling or purchasing a property. To be honest we found her to be one of the very few if not only, credible Agent on the Peninsula.

She quickly understood the type of buyer who would be interested in our property and was realistic about estimating what price we could expect. After each OFI Sally called us to let us know how many parties went through the property and how many Section 32's went out.
