"First rate"

We contacted Sally regarding the management of our townhouse after a recommendation from a trusted acquaintance. After Sally viewed the property, we discussed anticipated rental income, fees, financial reporting etc. We were impressed with this friendly, switched-on and organised person and asked her to let and manage our property. Sally very quickly found a great tenant. We received rent payments promptly and reporting was accurate, communications excellent and outgoings handled efficiently also. We received some great advice from Sally along the way. For newbie landlords like us, this was very, very helpful. Now that the lease has expired, we have moved into the property. If we ever were to let a property again, we would ask Sally Shields-Gillman to be the managing agent.

"The Perfect Managing Agent!"

Sally is everything you could want in a managing agent, contacting me at the appropriate times, when a repair is required or there's a tenancy issue that has been raised by the Owner's Corporation, but not one to bug me for incidental issues that can be resolved by some good advice from the agent, such as when the power kept switching off and it was due to the tenant overloading the circuit. Sally prepared some great advertising and kept me informed every time she showed the apartment. Sally is the only agent I would ever trust to look after my property interests. I've been a client of hers for over 20 years and throughout that time I've felt valued and appreciated and very happy with the service that I have received.
