"I had better service responding to an anonymous SMS."
Seriously; 60 days after a condition report, reporting a dead light fitting, Nothing. Out of the blue, a text comes through, asking me to resign a lease. Unknown number. I respond QUOTE: "I Can't even get a light fixed." Within 15 minutes, there was an electrician booked. Quite simply the most ineffectual 'property manager' I have ever experienced.
