Sam is an outstanding agent - we have now bought and sold through Sam. He is a very moral and ethical agent that tells it as he sees it. Sam is very knowledgeable about the Brisbane market and is always researching and gaining intel for his clients. We have enjoyed the effortless communication with Sam - information and updates are free flowing and you know exactly where you are at all times. He goes above and beyond to assist his clients. We first met Sam 8 years ago when we were looking at a block that Sam was selling. We didn't buy that block but Sam has maintained contact for all these years and most recently we have work with him in the sale of our family home and now the purchase of another property. We will definitely be continuing to work with Sam as we build our portfolio in Brisbane and would have no hesitation in recommending him to our nearest and dearest!
