"Can't recommend enough"

I cannot recommend Santos Sulfaro for Cobden & Hayson highly enough for anyone looking to sell their property in the Inner Western Sydney market. Throughout the entire sales process, Santos was an absolute pleasure to work with. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, always on time, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure that everything was done perfectly. Even when challenges arose, Santos remained calm and level-headed, handling each issue with ease and ensuring that everything was taken care of promptly. His communication skills were outstanding, keeping us informed every step of the way and addressing any questions or concerns we had along the way. What really impressed us, however, was the fantastic result Santos achieved in a difficult market. He was able to secure a very favourable price for our property, which we thought might be difficult to achieve. His expertise and dedication to getting the best possible outcome for his clients truly shone through. If you're looking for a real estate agent who is knowledgeable, reliable, and has your best interests at heart, then look no further than Santos. "Easy to talk to"

I bought my investment property through Santos and his team. I found Santos easy to talk with, available when I had questions and realistic in price guidance. His knowledge of the area and the building I was buying in helped me feel confident I was buy a great property. Santos and his team are friendly and professional and I was very happy with my experience.

When Santos is selling your property, it feels like hes working exclusively for you - around the clock. He stops at nothing & leaves no stone unturned. Hes constantly thinking outside the box & coming up with innovative ways to help your property stand out from the pack. Hes got a great deal of experience & significant resources at his disposal. Santos has now sold two properties for us in the last 18 months & both results have exceeded our expectations. He seamlessly project managed (at no extra cost) a full renovation at our Leichhardt townhouse. Delivering it under budget, within a very tight time frame & accomplished a finished product I wouldve been very happy to live in. His creativity, knowledge of design trends & building principles in conjunction with his vast team of skilled/loyal trades people is an invaluable asset/service. Santos himself is a very affable chap & a perfectionist. Hes honest - in both instances he quoted us the lowest market appraisal prices out of all the agents.
