I cannot recommend Santos Sulfaro for Cobden & Hayson highly enough for anyone looking to sell their property in the Inner Western Sydney market. Throughout the entire sales process, Santos was an absolute pleasure to work with. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, always on time, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure that everything was done perfectly. Even when challenges arose, Santos remained calm and level-headed, handling each issue with ease and ensuring that everything was taken care of promptly. His communication skills were outstanding, keeping us informed every step of the way and addressing any questions or concerns we had along the way. What really impressed us, however, was the fantastic result Santos achieved in a difficult market. He was able to secure a very favourable price for our property, which we thought might be difficult to achieve. His expertise and dedication to getting the best possible outcome for his clients truly shone through. If you're looking for a real estate agent who is knowledgeable, reliable, and has your best interests at heart, then look no further than Santos. He exceeded our expectations in every way and we cannot thank him enough for making the sales process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
I bought my investment property through Santos and his team. I found Santos easy to talk with, available when I had questions and realistic in price guidance. His knowledge of the area and the building I was buying in helped me feel confident I was buy a great property. Santos and his team are friendly and professional and I was very happy with my experience.
A massive thank you to Santos and the team, an outstanding effort and we could not be happier with the result. Every step of the process was so smooth all while Santos was calm and assuring. We would highly recommend him - thank you Santos!

The care and support that Santos and his team provided was outstanding. I would highly recommend Santos and would definitely use them again if the opportunity arose.
It is my pleasure to work together with Santos to sell our property. He is a very professional agent and also a passionate individual. Most importantly, the result is fabulous, especially in a challenging market.
A BIG thank you once again for all Santos hard work in the forefront and behind the scenes in getting our townhouse in Leichhardt to market and to such a great auction result. Santos proved very professional from the outset, kept us informed from day 1 and provided a remarkable effort on our behalf. His knowledge and insights of the area proved invaluable. We have not had very good experience with a real agent agent recently but Santos and his brother Frank have restored our confidence that there really are Real Estate Agents out there who are working very hard for best and fair outcome.
When it came to selling one of our investment properties, I knew that I did not need to look any further, and I trusted that Santos Sulfaro and Frank Sulfaro were the right real estate agents to market and sell our property. I knew of Santos' and Frank's stand out sales results in both the residential and commercial real estate market and their knowledge and awareness of the 'inner west' market, would lend an opening to achieve the best outcome in selling our investment property located in Leichhardt. Working with Santos and Frank has been an absolute pleasure, Santos and Frank walked us through the entire selling and marketing campaign process, they guided and provided us with the necessary feedback and both worked tirelessly to drive our sales marketing campaign. I trusted their expertise and they both exceeded beyond our expectations, delivering an amazing record-breaking suburb result. A very rewarding result that took us, the bidders and on-lookers all by surprise. Santos Sulfaro and Frank Sulfaro are the real estate agents you can trust, and I look forward to working with Santos and Frank again, and I have no reservations in recommending Santos and Frank to any of my family, colleagues or friends.
When Santos is selling your property, it feels like hes working exclusively for you - around the clock. He stops at nothing & leaves no stone unturned. Hes constantly thinking outside the box & coming up with innovative ways to help your property stand out from the pack. Hes got a great deal of experience & significant resources at his disposal. Santos has now sold two properties for us in the last 18 months & both results have exceeded our expectations. He seamlessly project managed (at no extra cost) a full renovation at our Leichhardt townhouse. Delivering it under budget, within a very tight time frame & accomplished a finished product I wouldve been very happy to live in. His creativity, knowledge of design trends & building principles in conjunction with his vast team of skilled/loyal trades people is an invaluable asset/service. Santos himself is a very affable chap & a perfectionist. Hes honest - in both instances he quoted us the lowest market appraisal prices out of all the agents. As he says Id rather under promise & over deliver, rather than the other way around which is a breath of fresh in the Real Estate industry. We enjoyed working with Santos, we really felt like he had our best interests at heart at all times. His professionalism, honesty & work ethic took all the stress out of what can be a very stressful process. I can comfortably & confidently recommend Santos, not only because of the outstanding results hes accomplished (in two very different markets) but because of who he is & how he operates.
Santos was very helpful, in a professional way, in helping us to make a decision on whether to sell a property. Once we made our decision, he helped us to formulate a coherent and thorough strategy that was agreeable to us. The whole process was stress less , rational and logical, taking away the pain that sometimes happens with property sales. We would definitely recommend him as a professional and skilled agent who went far and beyond our expectations. We would have no hesitation in making use of his services in the future.
Santos Sulfaro was the most professional, friendly and experienced real estate agent l have come across. He made letting go of our family home an easier, stress free experience. He went above and beyond with his follow ups and communication. It became quite evident what a genuine, hardworking honest individual he is and wish him nothing but the best in his career. Would definitely recommend working with Santos.
