"High integrity"
Sean had a strong knowledge of the local market and gave me very appropriate advice on price and marketing strategy. Key to sale was how proactive Sean was on sale activity in the area and he was able to procure a buyer very quickly. Sean was great at keeping in touch with me, was sensitive to fact I had a long-term tenant to liaise with and demonstrated high integrity when negotiating with the buyer. This all achieved both a quick sale and the desired sale price.

Sean did an amazing job selling my mothers apartment in Gosford. He helped us get the place ready for sale, not an easy feat as I'm based in Brisbane and guided us through every step of the way.
