"Ripping you off... Bond Claim - FALSE!"
Selina Zhong from Raine & Horne, Carina who's a Licenced Real Estate Agent under the name of Southpark Property Management Services Pty Ltd is a property manager TO AVOID at any cost. Raine & Horne management should know that she is unprofessional in her dealings with the tenants, she is a cheater, and all prospect tenants please be aware of this particular Real Estate Agent. Be prepared to go through the Dispute Resolution ofthe Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal if you're her client.

"Can't reply"
Selina cannot get back to a potential renter in regards to a property that is listed, she is very useless. Was told to submit an application prior to being able to see the property for an inspection. When I have been trying to get in touch with her to arrange a time she cant reply. I would be so annoyed if I was letting her find a renter for my home as she is very useless.

"Unprofessional, Unethical and Unstable"
Selina zhong is extremely unprofessional, aggressive and highly insulting. I would never recommend her as she is a dishonest, unethical and lacks integrity. Selina...read your company's code of conduct as you are breach of many. Totally, unable to deal with the public, has anger management issues and needs to be sacked from her job!!
