Thank you Shane for you exceptional service in not only selling my Uncles property, but helping him purchase his new forever home. You went above and beyond to make sure we were ok and it was greatly appreciated. At times it was very overwhelming and you made everything so easy. You were always there to help with questions and made yourselfa vailable to sit down with us. We are very grateful for you professionalism and genuine kindness.
I've knowne Shane for about six months now. And he has helped many of my friends buy their first home. I had looked at a few homes with him and actually the home we bought we werent even planning to look at but because Shane was running an open house for another home he told us one that would be perfect. To be honest i was skepical because it was in Corio, But after seeing the house and the small neighbourhood it was in , we found it perfect for out families first home! I'd workw with Shane time and time again. He can be trusted.
Shanes experience and calm nature helped the stressful nature of selling while his communication and professional conduct cannot be better.
Shane was always available for questions, was prompt to respond and to arrange meetings for us. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We never got the "salesman" vibe from him, he was very genuine.
Shane is a true professional with the bonus attributes of compassion and patience. I could not recommend him enough.
It has been a pleasure to deal with Shane, as he has been very professinal in the way he went about selling our property. Shane always communicated with us after an inspection and provided us with feedback. For us one of the most pleasing aspects of dealing with Shane was the fact that he kind of vetted potentional buyers about their financial ability to actually buy our property.
