"Do not recommend"

I wont recommend this agency. Responses are slow and non existent. Communication hardly exists. Things break? Your problem, because they refuse to get quality tradies. I pay my rent religiously. I pay for extras. Make no requests, but have one small request is too much of a ask for this agency. If you want to rent in an uncomfortable situation, then this might be the agency for you, but if you are like me and just want to enjoy your abode peacefully and have an agency that cares, even just a little bit, then I would stay FAR FAR FAR AWAY
