I would recommend Simon to anyone who values honesty in a service provider and a strategic mind in the process of negotiating and selling. His knowledge of sales figures and processes in our street was excellent, making it possible to understand his valuation of our property. Simon is also a great communicator. I would not hesitate to use him again, nor would I bother to seek the standard three sales proposals.
We felt that we were in very good hands with Simon. He made us feel comfortable and confidence, and was very responsive at each and every step of the process.
We are delighted to be able review Simon's performance on the sale of our home. After engaging another agent that didn't work out we were lucky to find Simon as a replacement. Simon provided us with a very clear view of the market and managed our expectations as a result. The campaign was well run and and his communication around marketing and interested parties was excellent. Simon is likeable and down to earth and his approach is consistent with these traits. We have no hesitation is recommending Simon and his team.
Simon and Max acted on the sale of my home in South Melbourne. They were at all times very engaged in the sale, marketing and auction process, and communicated after every open house, and upon every enquiry on the home. They have both remained heavily involved in assisting me with my next move and genuinely care about their clients. I would have no hesitation in recommending them both highly.
We had a big checklist when looking for an agent to sell our home; we wanted an agent who was knowledgeable, genuine, respectful, accessible, good communicator, sense of urgency, high level of integrity, confidence without arrogance, able to listen to and accommodate our needs. Big list...would this be possible? Simon ticked ALL of the boxes for us and we felt so lucky that we had his help in selling our home. Thank you Simon!
As overseas sellers, Simon provided a smooth and very well-organised campaign. He managed the whole project, over-seeing repairs, renovation and the styling team (White Sparrow did excellent work). His design and marketing ideas all worked perfectly and without these insights I am sure we would not have seen the result we achieved. All his hard work culminated in a successful sale and very happy sellers.
Simon is a great communicator who is transparent with both vendors and purchasers and did an excellent job selling the house. He was very well organised from the outset and provided transparent feedback throughout the campaign and was an excellent auctioneer on the auction day. He is also very easy to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to engage him for a sale campaign again.
Simon was great. He provided a strategic balanced advice on how best to present and sell our property; then he organised everything and kept us fully informed. Simon was genuine and straight talking. I would have no hesitation in recommending Simon. I also purchased a property where Simon was agent and had a similar experience as a purchaser.
I can confidently recommend Simon as an agent. He knows the market very well and is able to advise his clients on the best approach to the sale of their property. He deals with his clients respectfully and keeps them fully informed throughout the campaign. Finally, he is a very skilled auctioneer.
We had a great experience with Simon and believe we achieved the best outcome at auction. Outstanding professionalism and open communication lines made the sale as smooth as could be. Would be using Simon going forward for future sales.
