"An Honest Agent"
I would recommend Simon to anyone who values honesty in a service provider and a strategic mind in the process of negotiating and selling. His knowledge of sales figures and processes in our street was excellent, making it possible to understand his valuation of our property. Simon is also a great communicator. I would not hesitate to use him again, nor would I bother to seek the standard three sales proposals.

"Fabulous agent!"
As overseas sellers, Simon provided a smooth and very well-organised campaign. He managed the whole project, over-seeing repairs, renovation and the styling team (White Sparrow did excellent work). His design and marketing ideas all worked perfectly and without these insights I am sure we would not have seen the result we achieved. All his hard work culminated in a successful sale and very happy sellers.

Simon is a great communicator who is transparent with both vendors and purchasers and did an excellent job selling the house. He was very well organised from the outset and provided transparent feedback throughout the campaign and was an excellent auctioneer on the auction day. He is also very easy to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to engage him for a sale campaign again.
