His knowledge of real estate in the Essendon area is second to none in the area. Highly recommend him to sell your property.
Simon Cookson was professional, reliable and helpful. He kept me in the loop at all times and provided high quality feedback after each and every 'open for inspection'. Simon was also efficient and effective, particularly on the day of the auction where he was able to gain a bid on the house well above the reserve price. I am very happy with my decision to choose Simon as my real estate agent.
Simon was very knowledgeable about the area, was caring and answered all our questions promptly. He understood it was hard to sell our family home and gave us the support that was needed. A very quick sale
