"UNPROFESSIONAL IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT"
Rude, Forgetful, Ignorant, Money hungry... The list could go on to describe Simone. 12 Months of renting at top dollar for an under par home. Maintenance requests were ignored, Then a rent increase was expected! After we offered a fairer rental amount based on property condition we were asked to move out (no loss) Then the next process of Simone's typical behavior started, she proceeded to try to steal $2400 bond (6 weeks illegally taken as confirmed by NCAT) for 'repairs' that were a concern prior to our lease. She bragged that she did the same to the previous tenant. Simone proceeded to demand payments with no evidence to back the amounts she would mention, Only after going through NSW fair trading and NCAT did Simone realize she was in the wrong and gave up. During this process she proceeded to defame myself to another of her tenants not realizing we knew each other. She responds to reviews with ridiculous comments about being threatened etc with absolutely no evidence of this. 30 days of back and forth pointless communication (when Simone felt like responding to the numerous calls and emails) we finally had our bond returned.
