Working with Simone was very reassuring. I'd never sold a house before so all steps were new and unknown. I felt informed the whole way through and Simone was always in touch with any changes along the way. Everything felt under control and at a pace i was comfortable with too without any pressure of a quick sale. Simone made the stressful experience of selling a property so much easier. When Simone attended to provide me with a market appraisal it was clear that she had a strong understnading of the market in my area and the potential buyers that my property was likely to attract. I needed to get my property ready before I could put it on the market and Simone connected me with excellent trades/service providers who understood what was required and the need for urgency in carrying out the work (Ross Mulder for painting and repairs and Gentry Garden Services). When the property was on the market Simone provided excellent communications and reporting throughout the process, giving me a comprehensive update after each open and regular reporting on the online marketing campaign. It was clear that Simone was tenacious in her follow up of potential purchasers, resulting in multiple bidders at the auction giving me my 'best case scenario' price.
