Simon was excellent with helping us not only sell our house in record breaking time, he got us the house of our dreams at an excellent price. At all times he kept the interest of both ourselves and the vendors of the house we were buying through Simon at top priority, thinking not only of the best outcome for himsef but also for both lots of vendors. We had our home listed with another company and they didn't seem to have the right motivation to sell. They just wanted to lower the price to get the sale and I was stressed to the max. While our house was on the market, Simon King sold 2 houses around the corner, so we decided to contact him for his help. He told us how much our home was worth which validated our thoughts on how much it was worth. He sold our house 1 month later for the asking price.... Stress gone. "Has to be the best agent going around."
Simon achieved a far better price than we expected, and sold in less than a week. He was accessible at all times. He also negotiated the purchase of our new property at a price far below the asking price. How many agents would do that in their own time.
