The service by Simon and information was great he was polite and courtious at all times and very professional. Thanks again a great agent.
Simon was excellent with helping us not only sell our house in record breaking time, he got us the house of our dreams at an excellent price. At all times he kept the interest of both ourselves and the vendors of the house we were buying through Simon at top priority, thinking not only of the best outcome for himsef but also for both lots of vendors. He was always available to talk and was incredible to deal with. Recommend him for not only selling but for buying.
Simon was very helpful, very easy to speak to, fast and efficient.
We had the pleasure of having Simon King as our Agent for the sale of our home. With his professional guidance we were able to sell our home within 3 weeks for a price we are more than happy with. Simon's Ethusiasm and Zest for his job, are very appealing and we would not hesitate to recommend Simon to anyone selling or buying. When we are ready, we will be contacting Simon King to help us purchase another property. A big thankyou to Simon King.
I highly recommed Simon King for his first rate service he provided and his advice. And on delivering on all information and tips he gave I would use his again
Couldn't ask for a better agent to sell our home
Simon is a people person and enjoyable to work with. Simon made our experience of selling our first home enjoyable and pain free.
We had our home listed with another company and they didn't seem to have the right motivation to sell. They just wanted to lower the price to get the sale and I was stressed to the max. While our house was on the market, Simon King sold 2 houses around the corner, so we decided to contact him for his help. He told us how much our home was worth which validated our thoughts on how much it was worth. He sold our house 1 month later for the asking price.... Stress gone. Thank you Simon King, you did a wonderful job and we will recommend you to anyone who is seling their house.
Simon achieved a far better price than we expected, and sold in less than a week. He was accessible at all times. He also negotiated the purchase of our new property at a price far below the asking price. How many agents would do that in their own time. We could not be happier and we would recommend Simon without hesitation, which we have done, Cheers.
We would highly recommend Simon as an agent, as his costs were reasonable for an outstanding service. He gave us great advice and fully explained the selling process, whilst keeping us informed at all times, basically providing a service beyond expectaion, something that is hard to find these days.
