Simon was excellent with helping us not only sell our house in record breaking time, he got us the house of our dreams at an excellent price. At all times he kept the interest of both ourselves and the vendors of the house we were buying through Simon at top priority, thinking not only of the best outcome for himsef but also for both lots of vendors.
