Legal actions are being sought. Sonia uses discrimination based on non factual assumptions and unfounded evidence. She makes poor decisions and defamatory statements which will likely lead her to further detriment as no apology or attempt to correct her actions is ever made. This was discovered after I leased through Fitzpatricks four years ago, and Sonia has not changed her approach or learned from experience. Sonia has no ability to follow legislation when she is personally responsible and confronted for transparency or accountability.
