We went through the process of selling our home & purchasing a new one with Sonia & Craig. We found them to be extremely affable people & very easy to work with. They were knowledgeable about the area & the whole process of selling & buying. Consequently, we were very happy with the sale of our property & the price it fetched as well as the purchase of the new one. The whole process, when it came to the crunch, happened very quickly & efficiently. We are very happy to recommend Sonia & Craig, & when the time comes, would procure their services again, without hesitation. Thank you Sonia & Craig.

"The Team -Craig and Sonia"
Craig and Sonia provide a real estate service that is second to none. Now, Beryl and I have bought and sold a few properties over the years, but never have we received such superior service as that provided by Craig and Sonia of freedom Property. Right from our first meeting we were impressed by their real estate knowledge, expertise and professionalism. After looking over the house they were convinced that going to the open market would be the preferred way to sell the property. We were impressed by their proposed marketing plan and accepted it. This certainly proved the way to go, for in three days from accepting the plan, not only did Craig obtain a contract on the house, that contract price was considerably more than the current market value. Craig and Sonya searched out the history of the house and incorporated it in the marketing plan. Many people commented favourably on this and it also contributed towards the sale of the house. Further, at all times, Craig and Sonia were friendly and approachable. They kept us informed by phone, texts, and personal visits. There is no doubt that "position, position, position' has a real value in the determination of the selling price of a house, but it is more than that. It requires handling and promotion by people who have not only the expertise, knowledge, enthusiasm, and commitment but, above all, people who are sensitive to, have empathy for, and connection with their clients. Craig and Sonia exhibit all of this, and more. Beryl and I are both pleased and privileged to have had Craig and Sonia market and sell our property. Not only are they a great team they are also great people.
