If you want an honest real estate agent who works tirelessly to provide you with the best service possible then Sonya Collins is the lady for you! We were so lucky to have come across Sonya to sell our house for us (she also found us our new home) and cannot recommend her highly enough!
Sonya was fantastic to deal with at all times. She kept us fully informed after every inspection and gave us feedback which was very helpful. She got us a good price in a low market. I would recommend Sonya to anybody that is wanting a switched on positive agent that has honesty, good work ethic and integrity.
The thing that stood out the most about Sonya is that I felt like she was working for us the whole time and not playing both sides as you can get with some agents. I believe she achieved the best price possible for us using her negotiating skills
Sonya was awesome to deal with could not have asked for a more wonderful agent. always kept contact with us, and informed us on what was happening. Cheers for selling our first home for us.
Sonya goes out of her way to do the very best for both parties the buyer & the seller. I think very highly of her & the company. They did an awesome job & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody. I had no hassles @ all, which means so much when you are so busy. Keep the good work up.
Sonya was just a wonderful person to deal with when buying our first home off her, she answered all our questions we ever had and even recommended companies to help us with the process..She took time out to even just chat about future plans and dreams we had for our home.
Sonya was a pleasure to deal with. She had prompt communication for every question we had, both before and after the purchase of our new home. She was never pushy, just to make a sale. Sonya understood what we were after as buyers, even though she was ultimately working for the sellers. We are very pleased we got to deal with someone like Sonya, and would definitely be happy to deal with her again.
We highly recommend Sonya to all our colleagues, family and friends. She is a one of a kind Real Estate Agent. We sold our house very quickly and were super happy with our sale. We will definitely be using Sonya in the future. Thankyou
Sonya made the experience of selling my home easy and stress free. She listened to what I wanted and got the job done. I would highly recommend speaking to Sonya and the team if you are looking to buy/sell. Fantastic experience overall
Sonya is honest, trustworthy, dedicated and passionate about her job. We couldn't recommend her highly enough. We tell all our friends and family who are looking at selling about Sonya as we had such a good experience with her when selling our house. Sonya values her clients and if unable to talk to you at that particular moment, when busy with other clients, she is always quick to get back to you. No questions is a bother. If we were to sell our home again, then our first call would be to Sonya.
