During the time of our tenancy Sonya Haffenden, and at times Anastasia O''Donohue on behalf of Sonya Haffenden, were absolutely wonderful. I always felt confident, safe and looked after by the both of them. They always gave me their time when I phoned and were great listeners, professional, polite, friendly and sincere. Also when I had to move, Sonya once again went above and beyond to help make my transition smooth and easy.
