You won't find a harder working agent than Stacey. From the very first meeting, Stacey gave me comfort and took me through every single detail of the sale process. Stacey is a kind individual who really cares about her clients. Stacey has great knowledge of the market, excellent service and assist throughout the selling process. Thank you Stacey.
From the moment I signed up with Stacey she has been an exception support in working through the process of selling my home of 14 years. She provided me with excellent advice approximately two months before sale of the things I should focus on improving to ensure maximum value. She provided incredible styling to my home prior to going to market, so that the online photos and the open home looked as beautiful as possible. She literally worked wonders with all the styling materials she used and tricks such as moving my own furniture around to maximise the visual appeal. All of this was included in the commission and did not cost extra. Stacey communicated with me very regularly along the way, and I believe she achieved for me the maximum amount possible for my sale. I was exceptionally happy with my choice to go with Stacey as my agent and will certainly be going with her again for any future sales.
