Stephen and his team were consummate professionals throughout the entire process. His advice and support throughout gave us the confidence that we needed to get through the sale. And the result was outstanding in the market. I can't recommend Stephen and his team highly enough.
He made the process of selling easy. Great negotiation skills. Conducts himself in a very professional manner. Kept me updated all the way through the campaign and got a great result on the day of the auction.
First time we met Steve he displayed a real "can do" approach. He not only explained the process in an easy to understand manner, but also how we could all work together as a team to get the best result. From the beginning we were part of the process, being part of a team took all the worry out of the equation and with Steve as the team leader guiding us though our preparation and presentation we were in very capable hands. Every concern we had Steve set us at ease as he is a skilled negotiator and salesman, leaves nothing to chance, knows the industry inside & out, totally devoted to the job every day and any hour of the day or night, he's easy going disposition and positive attitude make him a great guy to be around too. I can definitely recommend Steve to sell your property, Steve got us a premium price for our family home and the process was a pleasure thanks to Steve. If you need to sell, appoint Steve Prime to take care of all the details and get you a great price.
This is the Second home that Stephen has sold for me in the past eight months. I couldn't be happier with the job that he and his team have done for me and the results that Himself and Kelly have achieved Cheers mate
My husband and I dealt with Stephen both as buyers and as sellers of our home. We found Stephen to be an extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring in his capacity of our estate agent. He was sensitive to our needs and wishes, and, at all stages in the process, he was able to provide informed advice and guidance to support and reassure us. In order to create maximum exposure to the market, Stephen employed a professional marketing team, which resulted on high numbers of potential buyers attending open times. My husband and I were kept updated on a weekly basis, and more often if needed, regarding the interest in the house and its implications. Stephen took time and care to get to know potential buyers thus assisting our decision making regarding our position at the auction. During the auction Stephen worked tirelessly to make sure that the house price was fair, and is in conjunction with the current market expectations. After the auction, Stephen and his assistant continued to assist the sale process to its smooth conclusion.
Stephen was a total professional and kept us informed during the entire sales procedure. In our opinion Stephen and his team are way ahead of the other agents in the area. Although the property market is very tough at the moment Stephen worked hard to achieve the best possible result. I would highly recommend Stephen to anyone thinking of selling their home, forget the rest he is the BEST.
The house we recently sold, we purchased from Steve a few years back so we have been very fortunate to be on both sides of the purchase and selling of a property with the same agent. Steve and his team consistently went way above and beyond what we would expect from an agent. He worked late evenings and on his days off to assure the sale of our property. Any agent can sell a property during a boom, but Steve was able to help construct a great sale for our property at a time the local market had completely stalled. This level of skill is a result of years working in the local market. I highly recommend Steve and his team to anyone looking to either sell or buy a property.
At the time of listing our property with McGrath Illawong the market had changed dramatically from the frenzy of the previous 2-3 years. Steve had sold our previous property and we decided that we would prefer to have an agent with many years of local knowledge and sound negotiating skills so used Steve and his team once again.Ably assisted by Kelly Hudson , Steve was able to negotiate and market our property to a successful conclusion in a tough and changing market. Steve has a refreshing honesty seldom found and recommend him to anyone who values integrity, professionalism and excellent negotiating skills.
I have recently sold my property through Stephen Prime - McGrath Illawong, and was so impressed with Stephen's commitment, knowledge and professionalism throughout my campaign. He worked very hard to get me the best possible outcome and his ability to engage well not only with me and my family, but also with potential buyers was second to none. After a negative experience with another agent, where Stephen had to literally pick up the pieces, I was unsure whether a positive result was possible. So, with Stephens expertise, experience and great communication skills I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone considering selling their property.
I Totally recommend Stephen to Buy Or Sell. He is very professional and understanding from the beginning to the end especially on our new purchase. Thank you Stephen.
