Sue has been caring and helpful since I have put my house on the market and has taken every opportunity to check I am not stressed in any way. I am very grateful to her.

I thought that Sue Mclennan did a marvellous job our house was sold before we even had completed the handover and received the keys, she got a great price, more than we thought she would and gave excellent service, always keeping us informed and updated and taking phone calls and text messages even outside of business hours

"You won't find a harder worker !!!"

Sue was great, had my property with another agent for 3 months, Sue had more people thru my home in the first week than the other agent had in total, great communications, always calling me after each inspection. Happy to say I sold my home near my top price, Sue was a professional from the start. Highly Recommend Sue for your agent. ( House sold in early March 2017)

Looked at 3 houses on a sunday, all fitted what we described. Signed a contract on the following Tuesday on the 1st one we looked at. That was before any of 4 other agents in Morayfield area even got back to us on our initial contact with them.

"Great Agent friendly hard worker"

We were impressed with Sue right from the start. When we arrived at the office we stopped briefly to look to view the adds and very quickly Sue was there to see if she could help. We said we are not buying but selling. It was not long before the sale of our property was singed up. It only took a few days and a buyer was found. Sue kept us up to date with progress of any interest shown. A genuine hard worker and does her best .

Sue was awesome, She really listened to what we were after. She found the home that ticked all our boxes.Always kept us up to date, and we trusted her as she had many years of experience in property behind her! she was really easy to deal with, right from signing the contract all the way to settlement and always responded to messages promptly. She is straight to the point which is what we like and a lady of her word. We would happily go through her again and definately recommend her to others. 10/10 for service!
