"Professional and Honest"
From the very start of meeting with Sue I felt at ease, she is extremely professional and was honest from the start. Selling my home was huge for me, I needed trust which Is not something you normally experience in real estate agents. Sue was real and I felt comfortable with her. There was never any intrusion and she always respected my boundaries. Im a very private person and Sue never crossed that line.

Sue is an excellent agent!. She has a wealth of knowledge due to her many years of experience in the Real Estate. Sue gave me very good advice and was considerate and kind. I didn't know anything about the sale process, but Sue kept me well-informed about all the steps without judgement. The whole Merrick Property team is excellent. They communicate regularly and are open and honest. Their stylists are very good at what they do. Even after the sale, Sue and the team has been very helpful. They handled both the sale of my home and a purchase. I recommend them very highly.
