"Rental"

If i can give Susie 10 stars i would. My rental was taken over by her agency. It was a bad handover and my property was more than badly damaged by my Tennants. However, Susie has continued to help locating the reports, reply my stressed out calls, and continued to help with the bonds released after Tennants had moved out. Personally I can't say anything nice about RH concord and Strathfield, however Susie is amazing, professional and gone above and beyond to help. I highly recommend her to look after your rental. Landlord needs someone that can assist not just good days, especially when things don't work out. Simple things like answering and replying calls , not passing the buck and problem skills.
