"Rouge Agent- Be aware..!!!!"
Rented a house in Thornhill Park. Property was a brand new double storey house and Sylvia rented the property for 12 months. Full rent was paid for the first 2 months and defaulted soon after. Each month the rent was paid weeks or sometimes 03 months late via instalments- not in Full. When the 12 month lapsed, the property was vacated without cleaning and damages to various rooms and hardwood stairs. Books, dishes, bottles and rubbish were left inside the house and outside on the driveway .
