"gone out of her way"
We have had the pleasure of dealing with Tammy Spiteri over the years in finding the perfect tenants for our Pascoe Vale home, she has managed to do so every time and we couldnt be happier. She has always gone out of her way to make sure we get great tenants that love and look after our home just as we did. She has always been genuine and honest with her approach, advising us of minor defects that are dealt with swiftly and professionally. She has been amazing to deal with over the many years and looking forward to dealing with Barry plant for many years ahead. Thank you Tammy.

Tammy Spiteri (from Barry Plant Reservoir) has been the most amazing property manager we have ever had! She goes above and beyond x1000 for both her tenants and landlords alike. She saved us from an urgent situation where our previous landlord had evicted us to sell and our agent at the time was very incompetent. Tammy worked really hard with us to get our rental application through whilst dealing with our non-cooperative agent at the time, who was struggling to find rental ledgers and provide condition reports to Tammy. In a time where Melbourne is struggling through its most severe rental crisis, Tammy is the knight in shining armor every tenant and rental applicant needs. Since then, every enquiry or need we have had, repair needed or question asked, Tammy has responded super-fast with helpful information and advice. Thank you so much for all your support and help Tammy! You're the best of the best!

I wanted to thank Tammy Spiteri my Property Manager for taking care of me and my partner as Tenants. She is exemplary in her duties. Swift with communication and helpful to any and all concerns we may have. She goes out of her way to make sure we were looked after. I greatly appreciat her assistance. I have been renting with Barry Plant for three properties now and have dealt with Property Manager Tammy Spiteri for two of them. She is absolutely lovely and super helpful. As a newer tenant I need extra help with understanding how to approach renting efficiently and she has answered every question Ive had with no judgment. Not only that, but Tammy has helped me get a new property when my old lease was up. Expediting the process to help me get a response quicker and just making the rental applications and renting in general streamlined. I highly recommend renting with Barry Plant Reservoir and asking for Tammy as your Property Manager.
