She guided us through the whole process in a very patient way by guiding us through every step. Great communication which is an important part when leaving your property with an real estate agent. I highly recommend Tammy Spiteri who has been the property manager of our rental. She's responsive, great communication & interpersonal skills and is a doer. As a tenant, we always knew that Tammy would take care of things and make sure that our stay during our lease goes smoothly. Any investment property owner and tenant would be lucky to have her managing their property! I would also like to mention that the owners of our previous rental on oxford st Hadfield were absolutely brilliant. High quality property and very responsive if there's any issue. The kind of landlord any tenant would wish to have.
