I would like to share my terrible experience with my agent Tania Hart. I am the current tenant in the property of 29 Shoobridge street, Glebe. Tania failed to keep her promise and accuse me of lying about mowing service. She is incompetent of liaising between landlord and tenant. She failed to check the property every three months. She allows the landlord to check property (the front yard) without any notice to me, and it happened twice. Her service is nightmare. First of all, before I decided to take the property. Tania Hart promised, on behalf of the tenant, that a gardener will attend to the property once a month excluding the mowing job (I have the conversation recorded as proof on 6th July 2020, and I will put it on youtube when necessary). It is because of that promise that I take this property. Yet 8 months past, no one came. I talked to her over the phone about it and she prevaricated. Secondly, the heating pump is not working in one of the bedroom. I contact Tania several times, and eventually someone came to check that. But it turned out the power supply in that room is not working and the tradie can't fix that due to its complexity. Ever since then, no one attempt to solve the heating problem. You know that any problem relating to heating must be notified to professional within 24 hours. Yet 8 months past, my contract will expire soon, and the heating problem is still unsolved. Thirdly, Tania Hart allow the landlord to inspect the property (front yard) without any notice to me, the tenant. Well, after that, Landlord asked me to remove overgrowing grass, at first I tried to solve that by myself and failed to do it within the time frame Tania set. Later Tania said she will contact someone to do it. Many days past, no one came. I asked her and she said there will be a quote soon. I don't understand why it takes such a long time. So I contact Jim's mowing to do the job just within 3 hours. The receptionist and Jamie (the mowing guy who later came and did the job today) both confirm to me that they have serviced the property previously. And The receptionist provided the name Nicole Bauche right after I told her my address. Well, after the mowing job is done, I send some pics to Tania. She is pissed off about the fact that the job only take $50 and claim that the coming rain would ruin the job. The mowing guy Jamie (0497012902 ) assure me that the coming rain won't affect the weed killer and explained it in a professional way. You can call him to verify that. Later, Tania accused me of lying about the fact that Jamie had attended the property previously. Why would I lie about that? What good will it do to me? You can also verify that fact by calling Jim mowing company and ask them to check service history with the following number (1300 714 557). I am deeply hurt. I am very very upset. If Tania doesn't trust professional's opinion, who will she trust? Lastly, Tania only inspect the property once during the last 8 months. At the beginning of the year, she promised to come and inspect in the middle of Jan, yet she didn't keep her promise again. I am stressed out because of Tania's distrust, blame and constant visit by landlord. I dreamed of her in my nightmare. Truely horror!!
