Tania is absolutely amazing. Her responsiveness, communication skills and transparency put landlords at ease when dealing with her as there are no forbidden zones when it comes to queries.
Tania is a skilled professional and delight to deal with in finding new tenants for, and managing, my property. Proactive, knowledgeable, good advice, clear communicator and quick to action.
Tania has been wonderful from the start to the end of all applications. Her professionalism is top standard resulting in an easy process all the way through. Very responsive through email, phone or in person. She is creating and controlling a situation rather than just responding to it after it has happened, putting her on top of the game. From this approach, it has made me feel at ease and in the right hands. Always ready to listen and address any concerns. She provides insightful knowledge on maximising results to clients based on her experience. I felt like my experience was tailor-made for me. Fantastic work! Satisfied.
Tania made an extremely stressful situation of applying for house such an easy, stressful free and fun experience. If you want to be treated like a person and not a number, Tania is your person. Highly recommend!
