The team at Alexkarbon made the process of inspection, renting, and move-in as painless as possible. Nancy Yang (Leasing Executive) was quick, professional, and accommodating as we worked to inspect and lease a property in the midst of unpredictable COVID restrictions. Subsequently, Tasma Bogdanovic (Senior Property Manager) has been fast and responsive as we navigate the details of moving into a new place. We get a strong sense of community from the people at Alexkarbon: they're personally invested in us as members of a local community and in our experience of living in one of their properties. I highly recommend!

Extremely thorough, professional, very hard working and always attentive.. Could not fault the whole process from start to finish. Rented for nearly 4 years, nothing ever too much of a problem.. If anything was needed, it was dealt with quickly, easily and with excellent service and communication. Highly recommend Tasma to any landlords looking to rent out their property..
