Themi was like no one else we have ever met, and came highly recommended to us from friends that had recently sold their property. Themy would be one of the nicest salespersons I have ever met, his expertise in his field is that of a perfectionist, his friendly manner, ability and mode of dress is of high quality standards, he is impeccable. Themy was constantly in contact with me throughout the duration of the sale, kept me informed to the quantity of persons who attended open house each Saturday, advising me of their comments, Themy was always punctual and reliable. When the final day came and I got a good offer, he immediately began to attend to the necessary papers etc., Themy never pushed the sale, took it in his stride for which I appreciated and took me, the vendor within his interest. I would like to add that Themy has a wonderful gift of dealing with people and hope that other vendors see in him as I did.
