"A TRUE PROFFESSIONAL IN EVERY ASPECT- HIGHLY RECOMMEND"

Themi was like no one else we have ever met, and came highly recommended to us from friends that had recently sold their property. He exceeded our expectations in every instance, was never late, constantly in contact every step of the way and more importantly was dedicated to getting our family the best price for our home. Lets face it, in most instances a property is a family's greatest asset. Emotions runs high, and for a family that had never been in this situation before, we needed an Agent that we could trust. Themi was really genuine, his knowledge of the market was superior, his commitment and dedication was exceptional. Themi is someone we relied on, someone my family and I depended on, and he delivered. Many agents promise you the world, and once they get your listing, do not fulfill your every requirement, may try to talk you down in the price you will accept of your greatest asset. Have other agents attend your property for open houses. Its Very Rare that you find someone that will make promises, and keep them. If you are thinking of selling your property, and a looking for someone who will do the job right, someone you can Trust, Look No Further. THEMI IS YOUR BEST OPTION.

"Absolutely Brilliant"

Dear Themy (Theo), Thanks so much for all your hard work in selling my apartment. You were absolutely brilliant. What I loved was that you always kept me thoroughly informed about how things were progressing and you were always so prompt at replying to any enquiries that I had. It was clear from the outset that you were willing to go the extra yards to make the sale and when it looked like I wasn't going to accept the auction results you accepted my decision with a positive and highly professional attitude. It was a pleasure to deal with you from day one right through to final sale yesterday and I would have no hesitation in engaging you again or recommending my friends to do so. Thanks again, Theo, and good luck for the future. Kind regards, Martin (Please feel free to quote this e-,mail as a testimonial.)

"Nobody Does It Better"

Dear Sir, Nobody Does It Better, is the motto of LJ Hooker Ltd, well it certainly lived up to those words when your principal Themy Panagiotidis and I made contact with the selling of my property at 40 Livingstone Rd, Lidcombe. Themy would be one of the nicest salespersons I have ever met, his expertise in his field is that of a perfectionist, his friendly manner, ability and mode of dress is of high quality standards, he is impeccable. Themy was constantly in contact with me throughout the duration of the sale, kept me informed to the quantity of persons who attended open house each Saturday, advising me of their comments, Themy was always punctual and reliable. When the final day came and I got a good offer, he immediately began to attend to the necessary papers etc., Themy never pushed the sale, took it in his stride for which I appreciated and took me, the vendor within his interest. I would like to add that Themy has a wonderful gift of dealing with people and hope that other vendors see in him as I did. I wish him well in his career and hope to see him climb the ladder within your company and reach his goal. Themy put a great deal of time and effort into his position and there is nothing that appears to be a problem. He is always willing to assist you and greet you with a friendly smile for which certainly says something these days. I thank him for all his cooperation and friendship during the short time of making his acquaintance and would like to wish all the staff at Auburn a Merry Christmas. Thank you Yours faithfully,
