"Nothing but a rude and sleazy real-estate agent!"

At first, Theo Balaskas seemed like a sincere fella. He seemed quietly polite and unassuming. These characteristics, of course, were blown-out of the water when we outwardly discriminated my wife and I, stating that we "didn't look like much for actual buyers" and that "we better not be wasting [his] time" because he apparently only likes to "represent serious buyers". WHO in their right mind would say such a thing?! My wife was in tears. These moronic remarks almost blew up the entire sale, including for the client he was meant to be selling a house for! If my wife wasn't so in love with the property, we would have gone elsewhere on principle. I would never recommend Theo's abrupt, prejudicial, discriminatory attitude to anyone. It's almost 2022, and no one deserves to be made to feel like they don't fit in, especially in a place they'd like to call their new home.
