Thank you for the wonderful work you did in selling my Williamstown property this month, I greatly appreciate the time and effort you put into finding the right buyers at the right price. Your personal style, and can do approach was key to ensuring my home was marketed and personally presented to a broad range of potential buyers. And, your attention to detail, patience and determination was second to none in the selling process. I would highly recommend Theo to anyone considering selling or buying a property in Williamstown.

"A Big Thank You"

Firstly, I wanted to thank you again for all your work and time you have put into me since we met. You have by far been one of the most driven and impressive real-estate agents I have come across in my 14 years of buying and selling property. As you know we attended the auction of Morley Street, Glenroy on Saturday and we were the successful bidders on the day and we bought the property which is great news for us. What the icing on the cake was though, was the text message we received from you that morning reassuring us we were making the right decision and outlining all the time and effort you had put in to reach that conclusion, even though it did not relate to a property under your management. This really did stand out to my wife and I and although now it looks like we won't actually be able to do further business with you at this stage, I did want to some how express my gratitude towards you and share my experience in a way which may benefit you moving forward. "Over the moon with the result"

We really enjoyed working with Theo Panay of BMT as he was so personable and easy to talk to especially when it came to listening to our many concerns and worries. Theo provided regular communication updates especially in regard to buyer feedback, contract requests and was very capable in identifying genuine offers from the not so genuine ones. Nothing was too much for Theo especially when he had to open our home for private viewing on 13 occasions in 17 days!! He was in tune to our needs and strongly negotiated on our behalf to offers received prior to the Auction. The excellent Auction result is testimony to the on ground buyer work that eventually ensured that the interested enquires becoming genuine bidders during the Auction. We were also very pleased with the online and printed advertising and he was very quick to make changes as requested. Thanks Theo, we were over the moon with our Auction result!!

Theo was one of 3 staff at BMT assisting with the sale of my former home. It was a very difficult sale amidst the trauma of an acrimonious marriage breakdown. Theo was the only agent I could communicate with easily. He did his best to see that I was kept in the loop regarding the management of the sale and responded to my calls promptly and he did this with compassion.

"Nothing was a Bother"

My Uncle Roy Shearer a lovely gentlemen in his 90 odd years contacted Theo Panay from the Property group Barlow McEwan Tribe and asked if he would come around and look at his premises and discuss with him an estimation on his property - this was in late 2016. On meeting and greeting Theo we could not have hoped for a better realtor, Theo was honest, and had an excellent integrity towards my elder Uncle, and spent a considerable time going over the property and discussing any questions my Uncle raised without a bother. I personally found Theo attitude enlightening. Theo gave my Uncle an estimate and although at that time there was no actual sale involved Theo was happy to leave a card and call in from time to time, just to check my Uncle Roy was doing okay. Some months later my Uncle became ill was hospitalized and shortly passed away. Theo stepped into the breach and consulted with the executors placing the house on the market, organizing literature, Auction dates, signs and working diligently with interested buyers, to see the house meet market expectations and also to meet the value earlier quoted in his first visit to my Uncle. I can say that his honesty & integrity stood out nothing was a bother, but most of all Theo worked well with both the vendors and prospective purchasers. I would fully recommend Theo Panay Barlow McEwan Tribe to everyone and all - if looking at selling your premises you could not ask for safer hands.
