"Terrible - avoid"
"Managed" my property on my behalf, never did inspections, gave full bond back to tenant after the property was left dirty and damaged then couldn't get someone in on market rent and put a dud tenant in the property who didn't pay rent, refused to move out, left the place a mess then Theo took his commission out of the bond. Avoid this agent like the plague.
