I would definitely recommend LJ Hooker Projects & Developments. They delivered a fantastic result, which was derived from a well thought out sales plan, with good followup and constant communication. I dont think I would have received as good a result with another agent.

In our capacity as a listed property trust, we engaged jointly LJ Hooker and CBRE to sell a substantial Mixed Use property on our behalf at 710 Military Rd, Mosman. With specific reference to LJ Hooker Retail & Commercial and LJ Hooker Special Projects we found them to have a very good understanding of mixed use development, residential apartments and retail prices in the Mosman area. In addition to this local knowledge we also found that they have a good understanding of procedures in marketing development sites. LJ Hooker representatives, Scott Stephens & Tim Abbott acted honestly, reliably and with meaningful participation and reporting throughout the campaign, culminating in Scott & Tim actually negotiating the successful sale of the property post auction. We would certainly recommend their services to others.

"No hesitation in recommending"

We have known Geoff Smith and Tim Abbott from LJ Hooker Mosman & LJ Hooker Special Projects for several years and they recently conducted a successful auction involving the sale of the 98-100 Glover Street Mosman on behalf of Charter Hall Funds Management Limited. The property incorporated a 3 level commercial building that had Development Approval for residential apartments. Geoff & Tim managed the marketing program extremely well and their professional manner ensured strong interest in the property throughout the entire campaign. We found they combined their experience and their network of property developers with detailed knowledge and understanding of the local market thus being able to supply potential purchasers with poignant, factual local information. The property was auctioned in LJ Hookers rooms in Glover Street Mosman and we were delighted with the result. The property sold under the hammer for $9,800,000, a price that was 10% above the book value. "Exceptional"

We recently sold our beautiful apartment through LJ Hooker. Our agents, Tim Abbott and Julie Holman, were exceptional throughout the process from the get go. Upon meeting Julie and Tim, it was immediately clear that they were approachable yet highly professional, with high knowledge of the area and the type of buyers to attract and how to attract them. We were in no rush to sell and we weren't going to settle for anything lower than our asking price.
