We were referred to Tom by two different lawyers. We live in Hawaii and wasn't sure who the best person would be to manage a home we recently inherited through my mothers estate. Tom went above and beyond to ensure 6-star results and service was received. From Face-Timing at 4AM Adelaide time so he could catch us before work or ensuring all the paperwork was signed quickly and digitally. When we were comparing how much he leased our property for in comparison to others nearby, we couldn't believe it. A home which was 200 square feet larger was rented out days after ours for $400 a month less. We couldn't find a home that was leased for a higher price. We have good tenants who pay a month ahead, they keep the property clean and tidy, most of all they keep the neighbors on the street happy. We cannot stress enough how helpful Tom has been and wouldn't hesitate recommending him to everyone we know.... even though that may not be many in Adelaide.

I met Tom at 18 years old. He was so thankful that I gave him a chance, and now, I'm lucky I gave him a chance. There is a big difference between confidence and arrogance... Tom is confident, yet polient and understanding, a real people person... can't wait to see the future.
