"Doesn't pay his bills"
Contracted to do work on a property of his now its time to pay the bill and never answers the phone and doesn't reply to emails.

Just wanted to give thanks to Tom Bleier for providing the best service to a buyer of one of his properties, it was as if i were just as important as the seller was, he was very attentive to what i was wanting and throughout the entire process kept me 100% in the know and confident that everything would work out which it did. Tom Bleier goes out of his way to make both parties have the best results possible, and goes above and beyond to complete a happy purchase. I was thoroughly explained throughout the entire process of anything that i didnt understand, which gave me much confidence and peace knowing exactly what was needed and happening at all times. I will only be using Tom for all further selling of property. Thank you Tom.

After a few past failed attempts to sell my property, Tom went above and beyond to get the property sold, which was sold quickly and easily. He worked hard to make sure I was happy with the price and terms and took care of all manner of issues and helped with finalising the tenancy, being that I'm interstate, which was an absolute godsend. Nothing was too hard or too much work and even though he's a great salesman and will get you the deal, he's a genuine and down to earth person. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Tom to all looking at selling their home.
