Tom Lu at Ray White, Fairfield is an outstanding ambassador for his profession. He worked tirelessly with us to get the house ready for advertising, inspection and auction. He clearly has excellent knowledge of the real estate market and a large network of contacts to tap into. He communicated openly and honestly, nearly every day throughout the sale process, providing a progress report of potential buyers he had dealt with, and informing us of any potential problems that may effect the sale price. He built a strong professional relationship with us, enabling the free exchange of questions, ideas and concerns at all times. Even if the house had not sold, or had sold for less than the reserve price, we would still be providing the same positive feedback, because we could see that by auction day, he had done his utmost to sell the house on the day at the best possible price. I would not hesitate to recommend Tom and his team to anyone who has rel estate to sell
