Ryan and Toni were a pleasure to work with, great support throughout the entire process (which was a little painful due to other parties!). Toni and Ryan crept up to the top of my contact favourites, thats how much follow up and communication there was. Very professional and nothing was too hard. Would highly recommend to anyone selling or buying to make contact with Bell realestate Montrose and ask for Ryan or Toni.
Ryan and Toni were very attentive and professional in their approach to working through the details of our purchase of the property. Communication was always comprehensive and swift. Their offices warm, modern and welcoming. Both Ryan and Toni present with much knowledge, skill and enthusiasm for the Real Estate Industry.
I am beyond pleased with the result that they have achieved. I was very impressed with the professional approach and constant communication and feedback throughout the process. Thankyou for a successful sale and I would recommend them very highly.
Ryan made putting in an offer and purchasing our first home incredibly easy. We felt very comfortable dealing with Ryan and Toni. Having dealt with quite a few average agents, Ryan and Toni were a refreshing change. They responded to messages and calls promptly and we're happy to answer all our questions. Would happily recommend them to anyone looking to sell or purchase.
Such an easy process. Ryan and Toni made the process of purchasing through Bell so easy and simple- the way it should be! Excellent communication. Highly Recommended! Thank you
Having Ryan Bell of Bell Real Estate market out Bell St property, had a great "ring" to it!! Ryan and Toni make an outstanding team together. They work with the utmost integrity, courtesy and professionalism. At a highly stressful time they were both thoughtful and supportive in their efforts to help me "de-stress," and were readily available and kept me well informed of progress. They both went "the extra mile" to be encouraging and to facilitate a good outcome. I could not have been happier with choosing them to market our home, and I would highly recommend Ryan and Toni to anyone who is looking for a team who really care about you, have warm and delightful relational ways, work very ethically and achieve "a best possible" result
Ryan and Toni have exceeded our expectations in every aspect of the sale of our home. They have been understanding and have made us comfortable with the process at all turns, and continue to keep contact to ensure we are kept up to date with all of the requirements expected of us. We are so very glad that we have chosen Bell Montrose.
The selection of Bell's Real Estate, with the assistance of Mike Scudds, from Ian Reid's vendor advocacy achieved a successful sale of our property. Ryan Bell's 'getting to know us' was we feel a big factor in this process. With the support of his personal assistant, Toni Leskovic, we felt right through the whole engagement that they really had our interests as a priority, not just in the sale but in always keeping us up to date with progress and ensuring that we were happy with decisions being made. Ryan's honesty and integrity were without question and it wasn't too long into the process that Barbara and I felt that we had not just an agent but a close friend working with us and for us. Toni also was a delight to engage with. Her warmth and support were tangible. Thank you Ryan, thank you Toni and thank you Bells! We would recommend your services to any vendors or buyers seeking honesty, high levels of communication and a satisfactory sales outcome for your property!
Ryan has now sold 3 different properties for us. Plus we have purchased one from him. Each time we knew what was required and what to expect. He has a great work ethic and the validity of his credibility is one to be admired.
My wife and I recently purchased a property in Wonga Park The home was listed by Bell Real Estate, and our dealings were with Trevor and Ryan Bell , and supported by Toni Leskovec. We found the entire process to be very professional and equally, very enjoyable , and would have no hesitation in recommending Bell Real Estate
