"a dedicated local agent"
Toni works on your side: he has an excellent moral compass that drives him to provide above expected service until he gets the sale. Other agencies, especially the majors in the area, are distracted by their self interest and are stagnant, relying on buyers to create the contract. In this market, this year, you need a Toni. Majors have high fixed costs, inefficient teams and cycle kickbacks through your marketing dollar. It costs vendors in time and outcomes. Based on results but also on amicability, I have no hesitation recommending this bloke.

"Great communicator and even better negotiator"
Toni is the best example of how real estate agents should be! He guided me through the whole sale process from A-Z in a very diligent and honest manner. He kept me regularly updated with weekly Vendor reports and would contact me after every open for inspection to let me know how the open went.
