Tony gave me solid advice demonstrating his well rounded experience and knowledge of the ever changing real estate market. During a time of unknowns he remained positive and worked well within our expectations. He guided us and assisted us to get the best possible outcome. Tony was friendly and very patient, he kept great contact with us and helped us negotiate well with our buyers. We would recommend him to anyone selling in the area, no doubts about it.
Tony's experience and professionalism are second to none. Very in tune with all the potential buyers and worked very hard. And managed to achieve very desirable results for us.
We couldn't be happier with entrusting Tony to sell our home. He has the highest work ethic, integrity and knowledge of any agent we have used. He worked tirelessly to achieve an excellent outcome for us and kept us updated along the way. Tony understands that selling a property is not just a transaction for many. It's a critical decision in one's life and for most people their biggest asset. Would recommend to absolutely anyone wanting to sell in the area. Thank you Tony
After interviewing a number of agents we selected Tony Doh who is as a personable honest agent with extensive local knowledge. Our expectations selling our home in a challenging market were continually exceeded. Tony expertly guided us through the process providing sound advice to prepare our home for sale, and excellent ongoing communication relating to market conditions and buyer interest. The online auction was a new concept for us and it resulted in an outstanding result. We highly recommend Tony Doh as a real estate agent to both buyers and sellers due to his professionalism, market knowledge and trustworthiness.
Tony has been our real estate agent for many years and has provided outstanding service selling houses for our immediate and extended family. Our recent sale through him was no exception achieving a result that exceeded our expectations. As always Tony ran an extremely well organised, professional campaign giving us expert sales and market advice, dealing promptly with any problems that occurred and keeping us informed throughout the whole process. He always gone out of his way to help us and we know we can trust and rely on him. Tonys warm, engaging personality and genuine desire to help others makes it an absolute pleasure to work with him. We look forward to selling more properties with Tony again in the future and highly recommend him. Thanks so much Tony, we couldnt do it without you.
Personable, conscientious, knowledgeable, hard-working and reliable. Just some of Tony Doh's traits that contribute to his professionalism as an estate agent. Tony recently handled the marketing campaign of our home and did a tremendous job from advising on preparation of the house, presenting the property to potential bidders and communicating with them and with us as the vendors. At all times Tony was very respectful and focused on achieving the best for us. Working with Steve Burke, who ran a very effective auction, a result was achieved that greatly exceeded expectations. We highly recommend Tony Doh, Steve Burke and their Hocking Stuart Glen Iris real estate team.
Tony was very accomodating throughout the buying process. We found him very relatable and honest about the pros and cons of the property. He was quite realistic about price expectations, and this was reflected in the final sale price and reserve price declared during the auction. At no stage did tony try to oversell the property or pressure our decision. On auction day Tony was supportive but not pushy and gave us confidence in our bidding strategy. The bottle of champagne and meeting the vendor after the auction was a nice touch. Im also pleased with the follow up since, I get the sense that Tony is sincerely happy for our family and this has helped to make the whole experience a positive one.
Provided excellent customer care and service throughout the sale campaign. We are very happy with the result that Tony and the team delivered. Thank you.
