"Stay Away From Tony"
Tony is not a competent real estate agent. He was managing a property we rented in for close to 3 years, and took absolutely no care in his work. He completely lacked any sort of basic knowledge and competency when complete pre and post damage inspections, and during our meetings to discuss the findings outright stated that he didn't care if we did or did not cause the damage as tenants. All that mattered was that he could probably make us pay anyway. Stay away.
