"Awful"
Absolutely disgusted in the lack of service by Property Investment Manager Tracey Gillard! She is very unprofessional and rude. Whilst viewing a rental Tracey was very unresponsive and had a bad attitude, I was definitely an inconvenience to her on the day! Looked me up and down and made me feel awful, couldn't be bothered showing me the property, was on the phone and didn't even say bye to me when I thanked her for her time. Would never deal with this real estate as the manager did not even reply to my letter of complaint. She should be sacked!
