Our sincere thanks to TD & the Mc Grath team hunters hill for what was literally a stress free marketing campaign. Your team was selected as the preferred company & were attuned to our needs & openly discussed & provided honest feed back throughout the entire campaign. The auction day sale was compromised in many ways due to covid - 19 & TD pulled through with a fantastic result. We would highly recommend Tracy to anyone wanting to sell there home. Not only experienced in real estate, however honest in her approach & extremely efficient.
Tracey is such a fantastic agent and a true pleasure to work with. She is transparent and extremely knowledgeable. She was extremely supportive throughout the entire process and made an extremely stressful time much less so. This is the second house we have bought through Tracey (and have subsequently sold our house with Tracey as well) and she is unparalleled in her skills in negotiating the best outcome, we feel very lucky to have been able to go through this process with Tracey. She is truly the best at what she does.
I had previously tried to sell my house with a different agency, but relisted with Tracey, who was so professional and incredibly expert in the area. She ran a great campaign and was fantastic at nurturing skittish buyers. At the end I had four buyers all wanting the house at a price significantly above what the previous agents had managed to generate. Tracey is super hard-working, maintains great communication, is unflappable, and was a pleasure to deal with all the way through. I wholeheartedly recommend her!
From our first initial meeting with Tracey, we were impressed with her professionalism, can do attitude and knowledge of the market. Throughout the campaign Tracey and Nick kept us informed, providing buyer feedback regularly - this was very useful, particularly when it came to the time to make a decision on the sale.Tracey Dixon and her team were highly recommended to us - and we strongly recommend them to you!
