I was really stressed about the thought of renting out my house, but Vanessa has made it all seem effortless. She was super fast getting photos organised and the ad posted, and the place was rented much sooner than I expected. There was never any delay responding to my many questions, whether by phone or email, and she was always professional. I would definitely recommend Vanessa at Barry Plant Reservoir, to take the worry out of managing your property.

Need to call out the great work, attitude and efficiency of Vanessa Pavia at Barry Plant Reservoir. Vanessa looks after my rentals and nothing is ever an issue, returns calls promptly, advises to reach the best outcome for both parties. Highly recommend using Barry Plant Reservoir - but most importantly please deal with Vanessa.

Have had an association with the Barry Plant Reservoir team for the best part of 8 years. Not only do they demonstrate a great knowledge of the local market but also extremely high levels of customer service. Much more than your typical estate agent, these guys can be trusted!! Further to my feedback of 2 years ago I have recently been dealing extensively with Vanessa in the Reservoir office.
