We spoke to a couple of agents re selling our property. Vince was prompt in returning our call and gave us a realistic valuation of our property, in a location where properties for sale " can hang around " for a long time, He was very professional and kept in constant contact , which as a vendor is extremely important during what can be a stressful time. The property was sold quickly. I would certainly recommend Vince to any prospective vendor.
